How does Tendwell make money?
Your profile and basic scheduling stay free. Later we'll offer an optional Pro tier, around $19–29 a month, and add a small fee on payments made through the app. We'll tell you the exact fee before it starts. We will never charge per lead.
Is there a contract?
No. You can leave anytime.
Do you have customers yet?
Not yet. We're building a neighbor waitlist now, and we'll always share the real numbers with you.
Why do you ask for my license and insurance?
So the badges mean something. We check what we can against public records, and each badge shows exactly what we checked. They aren't a guarantee.
What if my work doesn't need a license?
That's fine. Cleaning, pool maintenance and yard work often don't need one, so we only show the badges that apply to your work.
Do you set my prices or schedule?
No. You set your own rates, hours and availability.
